I've been lucky in life to know having a mom

Who raised my brother and me with aplomb.

And now I also know being a mom

A joy every day, whether hectic or calm.

It's been awesome to learn that it’s true what they say

There’s more love in your heart than words can convey.

And so on this year’s second Sunday of May

I wish all you moms a sweet Mother’s Day!

A little lamb... with a wide berth

The idea of public restroom use

Is now as strange as this cartoon!

Here's hoping you are safe and well
